Standard Products

TAURUS is a "maintenance free" rod end with coupling steel on self-lubricating bronze.
the product is made in according to the DIN ISO 12240-4 serie K rules for mechanical sector application and in conformity with UNI ISO 8139 for pneumatic cylinders applications. Our rod ends are made in agreement to the international technical regulations as reported on the brochure above. We have available in stock the two ranges:
- Standard version with zinc plated body
- Stainless steel

Stainless range can be realised completely in two different versions:
- Inox integral
Suitable for applications on machines: alimentary, pharmaceutical, hospital and for very aggressive environments.
It can be also produced with bronze race:
- Inox/Bronze
Model suitable for using in naval environment.
All our products are maintenance-free, so they don’t need periodical lubrication.
The coupling between the ball and the race is the type metal/metal without PTFE or synthetic products. Our solution can support heavy loads and the speed of movement without considerable increases of clearance or production of annoying creakings. On the basis of Your needs we can supply rod ends with flowing or forced coupling between ball and race.
We are at your disposal to study particular applications and, if necessary, to perform resistance and durability tests in our laboratory.
